 Oven Fresh Jobs Live Job Fair Recap: March 2026 

 

Event Summary:  

On Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, over 100 people attended the Oven Fresh Jobs Live Job Fair held by Cayuga Media Group. The one day (4 hour) hiring event was held at The Shops at Ithaca Mall from 9am to 1pm. 13 local companies participated in this excellent one-day event. These companies came from a variety of industries representing many job opportunities. These included medical, governmental, manufacturing, engineering, sales, education, and more. 

 

Components:  

  • Company participants received tables, chairs, tablecloths, electricity, trash bins, name tags, and water bottles.  
  • All employers were included in the brochure, which was distributed to all attendees.  
  • The listing of every business participant was listed on OvenFreshJobs.com, 607NewsNow.com, and all 10 of Cayuga Media Group’s station websites.  
  • Over 1600 promotional ads on the 10 Cayuga Media Group radio stations promoting the event and attending employers.  
  • Event listed on the events page of 607NewsNow.com. 
  • Weekly ads in the Ithaca Times advertising the event. 
  • Social media posts on all 10 of Cayuga Media Group’s radio station Facebook pages.  
  • Covered in news broadcasts.  
  • Lawn signs and arrows around the desired parking lot for the event.  
  • Many prizes and free items were awarded to attendees.
